Тариф новый, скорость прежняя, ситуация странная.

Добрый день. Много всего перерыл, но не нашел ответа, прошу помощи.
HAP AC2, последняя прошивка, был настроен по инструкции с хабра. Все отлично, все работает. Затем сменил тариф со 100 на 400мбит. Втыкаю шнур напрямую в ноут - 440 мбит, через роутер по кабелю 100 (использовал спидтест, ресурс в личном кабинете провайдера и утилиту в ПО Killer для сетевухи). Хм. Пробовал разное, ничего не помогло. Сбрасываю к заводским настройкам, настраиваю заново, без результата. Сбрасываю еще раз, настраиваю через визард - 440мбит. Ок, все что нужно донастроил руками, сделал бэкап.
Месяц - два назад начал замечать, что скорость уползла с 440 до 395, списал на провайдера и забил.
Сегодня снова поменял тариф с 400 на 600мбит, ну и как вы понимаете все повторилось. Провод напрямую в ноут = 660мбит, через роутер кабелем 395мбит
Восстанавливаю все из бэкапа (когда делал 440мбит выдавало) - 395...
Как бы конечно можно все опять сбросить и настроить через визард, но хочется понять в чем проблема. Конфиг под спойлером. Заранее спасибо!
